My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a conducive environment for work and rest. Despite this, the room availability issue was a downside as I had successfully checked in but then was informed they were sold out when I needed an extension. The service was a mix; while some staff members were helpful and accommodating, others seemed more concerned with costs and blamed me for booking during a busy period. The location was great, with lovely views of Rib Mountain and spacious surroundings. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of healthy options, although breakfast started a bit late for my liking. The facilities were well-kept and provided a comfortable stay.
